机载光学全谱段遥感林火监测
封面图片为2020年4月14-15日四川省西昌市“3.30森林火灾” 区域的机载遥感数据及产品。底图为2020年3月20日的资源三号卫星影像,拼接图从左往右依次展示了高光谱假彩色影像、真彩色影像、林火烈度产品、激光雷达冠层高度模型以及长波热红外温度场影像。机载数据由中国林业科学研究院机载光学全谱段遥感系统CAF-LiTCHy (Chinese Academy of Forestry’s LiDAR, Thermal, CCD and Hyperspectral system)搭载运-12飞机采集。CAF-LiTCHy系统集成了激光雷达扫描仪、长波热红外相机、电荷耦合器件(CCD)相机、高光谱传感器等四种对地观测传感器,共用一套高精度定位定姿系统,可同时获取火场地形、植被垂直和水平结构、光谱以及温度等信息,光谱覆盖范围为400 – 14000 nm。获得的高精度火场信息,可支持火灾早期探测与预警,火场态势信息采集与扑救指挥辅助决策,灾害调查与损失定量评估,灾后生态修复规划设计。相关研究结果详见本期第1280-1292页“机载光学全谱段遥感林火监测”。
Forest fire monitoring using airborne optical full spectrum remote sensing data
The cover image shows the mosaic of airborne remote sensing data and products of Xichang "3.30 forest fire" in Sichuan Province(April 14-15, 2020). The base image is the true-color ZY-3 satellite image acquired on March 20, 2020. The mosaic shows the false-color hyperspectral image, CCD image, burn severity levelmap, LiDAR-based canopy height models and long wave thermal infrared temperature image from left to right. The airborne remote sensing data are acquired by CAF-LiTCHy (Chinese Academy of Forestry’s LiDAR, Thermal, CCD and Hyperspectral) airborne optical full-spectrum remote sensing system, which is mounted on Y-12 aircraft. The CAF-LiTCHy system includes LiDAR scanner, long wave thermal infrared camera, CCD camera and hyperspectral sensor, which synchronized one common POS. It can characterize the topography of the fire area, the vegetation vertical and horizontal structure, spectrum and temperature information, simultaneously. The spectral range covers from 400 to 14000 nm. The dynamic information obtained by the CAF-LiTCHy system has the capability to provide support for fire prevention, fire risk forecast and early warning, firefighting decision-making, post-fire damage assessment and ecological restoration.
