面向虚拟地理环境构建的地理分析模型集成应用方法进展

地理分析模型作为求解地理问题、模拟地理环境、支撑决策分析的重要资源,在虚拟地理环境(或数字孪生地理环境)的构建中发挥着重要作用。集成多领域具备不同模拟能力的地理分析模型,能够更加全面的表达现实地理环境,支撑构建可视、可用、可分析、可交互的虚拟地理环境。针对地理分析模型的集成应用方法,本文系统性梳理了当前的研究进展,从地理分析模型的演进特征、支撑虚拟地理环境构建的途径、多模型的集成方法和地理信息服务的相关支撑技术等方面进行了综述。总结发现,通过多模型集成来解决复杂地理问题已经成为广泛认可的研究途径,自然-人文相结合、融合大数据与深度学习的集成建模也越来越受到关注。然而,现有模型集成方法仍然面临个案化的局限,在处理异构模型的兼容性方面难以形成持续可复用的集成成果,导致模型集成容易陷入到重复的技术改造工作中。借鉴信息服务领域的容器化理念,本文提出了“地理分析模型容器”的思路并进行了方法实现。通过设计柔性装配结构的信息交互通道和事件响应机制的功能计算通道,构建了能够持续积累和提升模型集成复用能力的容器,并基于此种模型容器来进行配置式的模型集成应用。

Progresses in Integrated Application Methods of Geographic Analysis Models for Virtual Geographic Environment Construction
Abstract:

As important resources for solving geo-problems, simulating geographic environments, and supporting decision-making analysis, geographic analysis models play an important role in the construction of virtual geographic environments (or digital twin geographic environments). Integrating geographical analysis models with different simulation capabilities in multiple fields can more comprehensively express the real geographical environment and support the construction of visual, usable, analyzable, and interactive virtual geographic environments. Aiming at integration methods of geographic analysis models, this paper systematically sorts out the current research progress, and summarizes the evolution characteristics of geographic analysis models, integration methods, and related supporting technologies of geographic information services. It is concluded that solving complex geographic problems through multi-model integration has become a widely recognized research approach, and integrated modeling that integrates nature-humanities and integrates big data and deep learning has also attracted more and more attention. However, the existing model integration methods still face the limitation of "case-by-case". It is difficult to form continuous and reusable integration results in dealing with the compatibility of heterogeneous models, which makes model integration easy to fall into repeated technical programming work. Drawing on the concept of containerization in the field of information services, this paper proposes the idea of "geographic analysis model container" and implements the methods. By designing the information interaction channel based on a flexible assembly structure and the functional computing channel based on the event response mechanism, a container that can continuously accumulate and improve the model integration and reuse capability is constructed, and the configurable integration application can be performed based on such model containers.
