TCFM导风技术介绍及其初步试验研究

本文提出新的导风技术TCFM,将最大相关法和傅里叶相位分析法相结合,从而在最大相关法整数倍像素位移的基础上有效地计算出亚像素尺度位移分量,提高示踪云追踪精度。本文介绍了TCFM概念和计算方法,并分别利用模拟资料和实际云图进行了导风试验,结果表明,TCFM技术是有效的,用TCFM技术导风要优于最大相关法,并且对于高时间分辨率云图导风,TCFM技术与傅里叶相位分析法的作用相当。因此,在云迹风场计算中TCFM技术具有实际应用价值。

Introduction to TCFM Technique for Tracking Cloud and a Preliminary Experiment
Abstract:

The article suggests a new technique for tracking cloud with combination of Fourier phase analysis and maximum correlation(TCFM),to effectively compute component of sub-pixel movements and improve the precision of tracking clouds in integral times pixel movements of maximum correlation.The theoretical concept and arithmetic method of TCFM are introduced,and the experimental results from simulated and practical satellite images are included.It shows that TCFM is effective,the precision of tracking clouds has been improved over the maximum correlation only and that TCFM has the equivalent effect with Fourier phase analysis in tracking clouds of high temporal resolution satellite images.Therefore,there exists the potential applications of the TCFM method in Cloud Motion Wind calculations.
